BodyLabX Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing to subscribe to BodyLabX. Our subscription service is designed to make it
easy for you to stay consistent with your Rise (Ultra Hydration) and Reset (Ultra Sleep) routines,
while saving money and never running out.
1. How Subscriptions Work
When you sign up for a BodyLab X subscription, you agree to receive your chosen product(s) at the
frequency selected at checkout (e.g., every 30 days). Your subscription will automatically renew at
the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
2. Billing
- Your nominated payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each subscription
cycle.
- Prices for subscriptions are displayed on our website and may include a subscriber discount.
- If your payment fails, we will retry the payment. If it continues to fail, your subscription may be
paused or cancelled.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your BodyLabX account. This includes
updating shipping or billing details, skipping a delivery, changing product flavour or quantity, editing
delivery frequency, pausing, or cancelling your subscription. Changes must be made at least 48
hours before your next billing date.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment, but cancellations
must be submitted before your next billing date. If the order has already been processed or
shipped, cancellation will apply to the next cycle.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Subscription orders follow the same shipping timelines as regular orders. Shipping fees (if
applicable) are charged with each subscription renewal unless otherwise stated. Ensure your
shipping address is updated before each billing cycle.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Refunds
may be issued for damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your
order for support.
7. Price Changes
We may update subscription pricing from time to time. If prices change, you will be notified via email
prior to your next billing cycle.
8. Promotional OffersSubscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated.
Introductory offers may apply only to the first billing cycle.
