1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard and express shipping across Australia.

Standard Shipping:

2–6 business days (depending on location)

Express Shipping:

1–3 business days (depending on location)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24

hours for tracking to update.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Contact us immediately if you need to update your details.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Delayed: Allow an extra 2–3 business days during peak periods.

Lost: Contact us with your order number and tracking details for investigation.

Damaged: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos for replacement or refund.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

7. Shipping During Promotions

Shipping and processing times may be longer during promotions or launch events.
